• DB: codecs array change?

• DB: editorial changes to V3 spec?
  • DB: “will not have codecs” and has codecs…
  • DB: requirement of URL for human readable spec for codecs?
  • WF: concern about markdown spec and the many dervations
  • JMS: Used in research – we can’t just say new stuff can’t be added
• (Lots of general non-technical conversation on long term usage of formats)
